If you’re that ignorant to still be offended by the mere sight of gay people please come over here, my fist has a present for you.
The supposed outrage is over a lesbian relationship developing on a prime time soapie which they say is watched predominantly by teenagers. They are afraid that teenagers will be encouraged by the lesbians to become gay. This is no more likely to turn your kid gay than the news coverage of Mardi Gras!
Have we not progressed from the 70’s? There was a gay couple on Number 96 for fucks sake. Have a listen to Episode 163 of Boxcutters for a good discussion of the representation of gays on Australian television.
